Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!

Thanksgiving quickly approaches.
Carving slopes of powdery snow
Like we carve a roasted juicy turkey.
Cold football players huddle with their coaches.

We twirl upon outstretched toe
As we spin on ice quite murky.
The lake frozen enough for skating
Yet in the cold we can't go.

Scent of evergreens makes us perky
As we climb the mountain singing.
A Christmas tree, just for me
And in darkness of forest lurking.
